Yes and no. It is a case-by-case situation. If the item has already been shipped and delivered, we will not offer a refund. However, we do know that the mail gremlins come out to play and steal packages before they are successfully delivered. In those cases, we can offer a refund. Please contact us through our contact form with your order number.

No. They stress me out far too much at the present moment. I simply just don’t have the time to take on custom orders. However, one way you can get a custom designed bunny is through our giveaways. We occasionally have the giveaway prize be a custom design so follow us on IG where we host giveaways.
